tellys.io is an AI-powered platform that helps you generate novels, illustrated children's books, and audio dramas from a text prompt.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the stories, images, and audio generated for you, subject to the rights of any underlying third-party models and applicable law. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content in order to operate the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, infringing, or harmful content, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tellys.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
